Hey bloggers! Hope you're all doing well. Its been a another busy week at GMC! We have a brand new SUMMIT cast that came in on Monday to start 4 weeks of rehearsals. We saw them perform their first runthrough of "NIGHT OF STARS" yesterday - they did a great job! It was much further along than I had expected. They have a new female singer joining them today which will complete the cast. Congrats to Erin, Garris, Steve and Dale for all the progress this week! Nashville singer/producer/music director Brandon Thomas stopped by to watch the cast - thanks, Brandon, for the positive feedback! Here is a picture of the cast at lunch on their first day in Nashville!

Our scenic shop is about to finish construction on a new trade show booth for Healthcare Management Systems. It is a very cool 50's diner design. Faux neon, glass block, and authentic 50's style diner booths will create a perfect environment for our client to creatively showcase their menu of popular hospital management software. Live character actors will supplement the client's sales staff in the three-day show. The show is to be held in New Orlean's convention center. Curt Wallen is out producer handling the project. Lookin' forward to seeing some pictures, Curt!

Congratulations to Sandy Zeigler on her retirement. Sandy was one of Nashville's top event planners and designers, and had a wonderful shop that produced fantastic props and party decor. Sandy has always been one of my favorite people in this business. Now she's going to spend her time painting and chilling...way to go Sandy!

Jonathan Yesworth, Jim Sheridan and I head to Cancun next week to produce a show for First Tennessee bank's top sales staff. This will be our first corporate show in Cancun - should be fun!
