A WALK ON THE WILDSIDE

One of the great things about living in Nashville is its location in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee. And one of Nashville's best kept secrets is Radnor Lake State Park. I live within walking distance of this most amazing wildlife sanctuary. Deer, geese, turtles, birds, raccoons, owls, and a menagerie of wild animals inhabit this park nestled in the the Forest Hills area just south of Nashville. A walking path encircles the lake, and its the perfect spot for a Sunday afternoon walk. Here are some shots I took a couple of hours ago during a chilly stroll around the lake. It really makes me eager for spring!
